Refund policy

At Sherdil.PK, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.


🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Only unstitched fabrics are eligible for return or refund.
    (Stitched, cut, or altered items are non-returnable.)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabrics that have been stitched, cut, or altered after purchase.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.


💰 Refund Options

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued digitally only – no cash refunds.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges in case of wrong item, color, or a manufacturing defect (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call at +92-345-7679129 with your order number, product image, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, send the item to the return address mentioned on the courier slip received with your parcel.

  3. After receiving and verifying the return, we will issue your refund or exchange accordingly.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
